Social Responsibility Policy

  • Child Labor

In respect of the healthy development of children and their right to education, we commit not to employ workers under the age of 18 and to comply with the principles and regulations regarding young workers.

  • Recruitment

To ensure the continuity of the company's ethical criteria, we accept that in recruitment, the candidate's compliance with company rules and social compliance requirements is as necessary and important as their technical and professional knowledge. The policies mentioned below, regarding prevention of discrimination and harassment, apply from the recruitment stage.

  • Employee Awareness

Believing that the foundation of social compliance lies in well-informed employees, we aim to increase employee awareness by informing them about their rights, company rules, and working conditions both during the recruitment process and at regular intervals during their employment.

  • Working Hours

In respect of efficient work and human rights, we commit to comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding working hours and overtime.

  • Wages and Payments

Taking the minimum wage as the basis for covering the living expenses of employees, we ensure that no wages are below the minimum wage and that overtime payments are made in accordance with legal requirements.

  • Compliance with Laws and Other Obligations

We commit to comply with applicable laws and regulations, as well as follow the rules of our customers' partnership requirements and international organizations on social responsibility (such as the ILO).

  • Discrimination

Based on the principle that all employees have equal rights, we ensure that there will be no discrimination in recruitment, compensation, access to training, or promotion, nor will there be termination or retirement based on race, social class, religion, national origin, gender, or political affiliations.

  • Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining

We respect employees' rights to join a union and to collective bargaining, as well as their rights to be represented freely and democratically through employee representatives.

  • Communication

Believing that success comes through effective communication, we strive to keep the connections between employees, and between employees and managers, alive and ensure good relationships that contribute to a healthy work environment.

  • Submission of Complaints and Requests

We commit to establishing alternative methods for employees to submit complaints and requests, ensuring timely and effective evaluation and feedback, and providing a suitable working environment without retaliation for submitted complaints or requests.

  • Prevention of Harassment and Abuse

To ensure a peaceful work environment and to help employees work happily, we commit to preventing any verbal, physical, psychological harassment, or coercion.

  • Bribery and Corruption

We will not accept bribery, corruption, and/or commissions under any circumstances and commit to act in accordance with our company's published code of business ethics.

  • Forced and Compulsory Labor

We ensure that there will be no labor obligation by contract or against debt and that work is based on voluntariness.

  • Supplier Management

Believing that all suppliers share equal responsibility, we commit to evaluating the social compliance activities of our suppliers, following up on results with action plans, and controlling social compliance activities through management systems.

  • Occupational Health and Safety

Recognizing human beings as our most valuable asset, we aim to create a safer and healthier work environment to minimize all potential losses, and to organize training to ensure that all employees are aware of their individual responsibilities. We commit to providing the necessary equipment for occupational health and safety, complying with local laws, regulations, and company procedures, and creating an environment where all employees can work according to these rules. We also commit to identify and control occupational health and safety risks resulting from our operations.

  • Training

The level of education of employees determines the overall level of the company. With this logic, we commit to organizing in-house or external training to increase employees' awareness of occupational health and safety and to support their professional and personal development, thereby ensuring the continuous development of the company.

We hereby commit to these policies.
