Our company is an accommodation facility operating in the tourism sector. Our priority is to ensure the production and consumption of safe food in compliance with food safety requirements.
Purpose
Our company aims to carry out activities that meet guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction, in compliance with national and international food safety standards and related regulations, through business unit processes related to food production.
Scope
This policy applies to:
- The food and beverage (F&B) unit and its auxiliary departments,
- All employees of the mentioned departments,
- All employees included in supplier and other third-party company contracts, as well as temporary company personnel.
Policy Statement
Our company recognizes that achieving the expected goals in food safety practices requires determination, continuous improvement, and investment in resources. Accordingly, we commit to:
- Complying with national and international food safety regulatory requirements,
- Meeting our guests' food safety expectations as an accommodation facility and ensuring continuous guest satisfaction,
- Investing in human resources, technology, and other necessary resources to maintain food safety compliance,
- Creating and spreading food safety awareness among all relevant units and our suppliers,
- Setting, monitoring, and periodically reviewing food safety objectives and targets,
- Implementing HACCP, GMP, and other relevant process control management programs,
