WOMEN'S RIGHTS POLICY
Our company employees aim to prove that women can be successful in every aspect of life. They are aware of the responsibility to respect their rights, protect, and safeguard against all forms of abuse, harassment, discrimination, suppression, coercion, slander, etc.
With the awareness that the universal nature of women's rights and the necessity of recognizing these rights to every woman as an 'individual' are fundamental rights guaranteed by international human rights agreements and standards, we respect all dimensions of Women's Rights and, not limited to this, we accept and commit to all articles of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), which was adopted at the United Nations in 1979 and entered into force in 1980.
PURPOSE
Our goal is to ensure that women's rights are adopted by all our employees and stakeholders.
For this purpose:
- We ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all our employees regardless of gender.
- We support women's participation in the workforce across all our departments.
- We act with an equal pay for equal work policy without gender discrimination.
- We make work assignments by observing the principle of equality.
- We create the necessary environment for equal access to career opportunities.
- We establish educational policies, support women's participation, and increase awareness.
- We create working environments and practices that protect the work-family life balance.
- We support women's involvement in company management.
- We do not allow women to be subjected to any form of abuse, harassment, discrimination, suppression, coercion, slander, etc. We are always aware of the value they add to our world and our institution and support their presence.
