HALAL POLICY

Purpose and Scope

Our hotel operates with a commitment to providing accommodation and services in accordance with halal standards. Our Halal Policy adopts a holistic approach covering halal food, hygiene, ethical values, and religious sensitivities. This policy has been developed to ensure the spiritual and physical comfort of our guests.

At our facility, services are provided under Category C in accordance with the Halal Tourism Standard OIC SMIIC 9.

2. Halal Food and Beverages

All food and beverages served in our hotel are selected from products that have the relevant halal certifications or from brands whose ingredients comply with halal standards.

Pork and its by-products are strictly not offered.

Alcohol and foods containing alcohol are not available in our minibars; however, they can be provided upon guest request.

The halal food and beverage chain is supplied and monitored through certified suppliers.

3. Halal Accommodation Services

Each room is equipped with a prayer rug, a Qibla direction indicator, and a copy of the Quran.

A prayer area is provided in our hotel to ensure that our guests can comfortably perform their religious practices.

4. Hygiene and Cleaning Standards

Cleaning products and cosmetic materials are chosen from those that are halal certified or from brands whose ingredients comply with halal standards.

Kitchen hygiene and food processing procedures are monitored in accordance with halal certification rules.

The spa, Turkish bath, and fitness areas are offered exclusively to individuals and families upon guest request. They are not provided to other guests simultaneously.

5. Personnel and Service Standards

Our staff undergoes regular training on halal tourism and hygiene matters.

Services are provided to our guests with respect, friendliness, and in accordance with ethical values and halal principles.

A working environment that adheres to professional ethical standards has been established between male and female staff.

7. Guest Satisfaction and Feedback

We prioritize our guests' religious sensitivities, taking their expectations and requests into account.

We listen to our guests' opinions through our feedback mechanisms and continuously improve our service quality.
