Occupational Health and Safety Policy
Purpose
As a company and its employees, we aim to be a leader in occupational health and safety in our sector as a hospitality facility, in line with the United Nations sustainable development goals and circular economy principles. We commit to continuously improving and maximizing our occupational health and safety performance by adopting sustainable development strategies on a national and international scale.
Scope
This policy covers:
- Our company,
- All employees of our company,
- Personnel included in contracts with suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and other organizations.
The Board of Directors commits to fulfilling the requirements outlined in this policy and expects the same commitment from all employees.
To achieve our objectives:

Legal Compliance and Continuous Improvement
We commit to complying with applicable national and international occupational health and safety regulations beyond current legal requirements, continuously reviewing and improving our occupational health and safety management. -
Risk Management
We commit to identifying all risks and near-miss incidents related to occupational health and safety, which may affect the health and motivation of our employees, continuously conducting and updating risk assessments with a proactive approach, and preventing workplace accidents and occupational diseases. -
Elimination of Hazards
We commit to eliminating hazards, minimizing occupational health and safety risks, preparing for emergencies (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, etc.), ensuring, protecting, and enhancing workplace safety, increasing awareness, and providing the necessary resources to enable rapid alert in emergencies, as well as supporting continuous improvement through training. -
Participation and Communication
We commit to ensuring the participation, communication, and consultation of employees, employee representatives, and all stakeholders in the planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and improvement activities of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System in line with sustainability principles.
