Accessibility, Disability, and Senior Policy
Our company employees are aware that accessibility means "everyone being able to reach and use any place and service independently and safely."
To all places and services; because individuals need to have access to all areas and services, from their rooms to open and green spaces, from public transportation to information and communication technologies. Independently and safely; because the arrangements made and services provided must be used without anyone's assistance and without creating any risk.
For everyone; because accessibility is essential for people with disabilities, and when we add the elderly, it becomes necessary. For everyone in society, it means a comfortable life.
Purpose
Our purpose is to ensure that the rights of people with disabilities and the elderly, as well as accessibility for relevant groups, are embraced by all our employees and stakeholders in all areas.
For this purpose:
In accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation, including the Zoning Law No. 3194, the Planned Areas Zoning Regulation, the Parking Regulation, and the Building Inspection Application Regulation, as well as other Zoning Legislation; and the provisions in the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Law on Persons with Disabilities No. 5378, accessible design is mandatory at the planning and project stages.
- Legislation containing regulations on accessibility in the built environment:
- Zoning Law No. 3194 and related regulations:
- Planned Areas Zoning Regulation
- Parking Regulation
- Supplementary Regulation on Shelters
- Building Inspection Application Regulation
- The Regulation on the Protection of Buildings from Fire contains accessibility criteria and standards.
We are always aware of the value they add to the world and our institution, and we support their presence. We accept and commit to all the provisions.
